Emma reads your notification inbox, matches delivery notes, and creates new notifications and schedule changes, directly or as a proposal for approval. Your team decides how much she does on her own and has time for the important tasks.

In many logistics departments, most time is wasted in notification inboxes. Emma gives TradeLink customers that time back.

How WEKO Wohnen became the first TradeLink customer to hand over notification emails and status updates in goods receipt to an AI agent, while keeping the team in the driver's seat.
"She actually always notices when a notification came in. She has always recognized that well and added it too."
"It's not that I'm saving an employee now — I have so many open issues that I can then shift to other things."
Everything from live operations. Every task lands in the AI Task Manager, where your team keeps track of everything.

Even 20 slips in one PDF: Emma splits them automatically and attaches each one to the correct delivery.
Emma creates the delivery. Your team decides whether she books it directly or waits for approval.
"One hour later"? Emma moves the appointment, directly or after your team approves. Duplicate notifications from the manufacturer and the carrier get merged.
Emma identifies and flags irrelevant tracking emails. Your team works in the task manager instead of the inbox.
For every task, Emma shows what she did and why. Green means done, yellow means in progress, and a red dot means: your team is needed.
Emma recognizes delivery notifications, delivery notes, or irrelevant tracking emails.
The address in the email and attachment leads to the correct warehouse.
The reference number and delivery date lead to the delivery in the calendar. If there is none, Emma creates it: supplier, day, time window, reference. Directly or as a proposal for approval, as your team has set it up.
The delivery note is attached to the notification, every decision justified and traceable. Your team decides whether new deliveries reach the calendar directly or only after approval.

More deliveries with the same team. The time saved is invested in tasks that have been left behind.
No silent cancellations, no lost documents. Route planning queries are answered immediately.
Instead of reading every email, the team works in the Task Manager and continues to make the decisions themselves.
Most teams start with approval. Where Emma has proven herself, she books directly. Thumbs up or down: your feedback goes directly into development.
Your locations, your inbox. With an honest assessment of how Emma can help you directly.
Emma is TradeLink's AI agent for your notification inbox. She reads incoming emails, identifies delivery notifications and delivery notes, assigns them to the correct delivery, and creates new deliveries. Since July 2026, Emma has been working productively in the receiving department of a furniture retailer, starting at one of five logistics sites.
As far as your team decides. Most teams start with approval: Emma creates suggestions, your team confirms them in the AI Task Manager. Where Emma has proven herself, she books directly. Green means done, yellow means in progress, and a red dot means Emma needs help.
Emma asks for clarification. She provides a clear, logical reason for every assignment, such as referencing a number, address, or delivery date. If something isn't a clear match, she flags the case for your team.
Delivery notifications, delivery notes, and schedule changes. Emma also automatically splits PDFs containing 20 delivery notes into individual documents and attaches them to the correct delivery.
Emma does not yet reliably detect shipment changes like partial deliveries, so we do not advertise that feature. The agreed target is 90–95% accuracy; Emma already processes more than half of all delivery notifications without a question back to the team.
In our demo call, we will look at your inbound email volume and show you Emma in a live system. For our first customer, it took seven weeks from the initial test with real emails to going live.
