When processing personal data necessary for the performance of a contract with you or your company, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the relevant legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are relevant during the pre-contractual phase.
Where the processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfill one of our legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, and your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms do not override our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
Data Retention and Deletion
In principle, the personal data we collect, process, and store is only kept for as long as the specific purpose of storage requires. Once the purpose for storage no longer applies, your data will be deleted or its processing restricted.
However, European regulations, applicable national laws, or other provisions may require us to store the data we process for a longer period. Once these retention periods expire, we will delete your data or restrict its processing.

If the requirements are met, you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR).
You may request that TRADELINK erase your personal data without undue delay, provided the requirements for doing so are met. The right to erasure does not apply to the extent that processing is necessary (Art. 17 GDPR).
If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing against TRADELINK, TRADELINK is obliged to notify all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed by the controller about these recipients (Art. 19 GDPR).
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to TRADELINK in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
