Every existing customer receives a personal referral code, which he can pass on to neighboring logisticians. As soon as the neighbor mentions the code during the initial call, the neighborhood discount is automatically activated.
The neighborhood discount is only valid for new customers based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
The 20% discount for the referred neighbor is based on the first year of the contract and cannot be combined with other promotions.
The free month for existing customers is granted in the following year, unless the referred neighbour cancels the contract within a possible money-back guarantee.
The discount is not transferable or redeemable.
