Marketing Manager* (Content & Lead-Gen)
TradeLink is a young Seed-funded B2B SaaS Venture that tackles the core problem of one of the largest industries in the world. We are building an exciting B2B collaboration platform in logistics. Our mission is backed by the leading European VCs Point Nine and Fly Ventures. We are a hybrid-remote company with 50% of our team being distributed across Europe and 50% in Munich.

This is a unique opportunity to be the first marketing-hire on the ground for an excellent writer and growth expert. Your core mission can be summarized as producing a fast-growing flow of new leads for our sales pipeline by generating high conversion multimedia content and positioning TradeLink as a thought leader in the industry.
As such you will be in charge of building out our content and lead generation campaign and strategies in close alignment with our CEO.
- Development of creative lead acquisition strategies for which you will fully own the end-to-end responsibility.
- Creation of lead generating content including text, video and audio formats such as newsletter, social, blog, white-papers, webinars, podcasts, landing pages, interview series etc.
- Building marketing automation flows for your campaigns as well as regular performance reportings.
- Ownership of all website content and social channels.
What you need to succeed
We are looking for an outstanding communicator who can win people with words and has a true self-starter attitude:
- You bring 3-5 years of experience in lead generation/online marketing execution in a fast-paced environment, ideally a B2B SaaS venture.
- Demonstrated ability to create hands-on converting multimedia content for lead generation campaigns.
- Strong expertise across key channels: email marketing, social media, paid ads, SEO, landing pages, etc.
- Ability to quickly generate basic graphical content to underline the message of your content
- Not afraid to implement new landing pages and content sections via webflow and basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, etc
- Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on campaign and channel performance.
- Ability to manage and create content in German and English.
- Experience in Logistics related field is a clear plus
