To prepare best, research our company and product and think about questions for our Talent Acquisition team.

2. Technical Call

You will meet your future manager and learn more about the scope of your role.

3. Case study

In this stage, you will find out how we work and you will get the chance to show your skills and knowledge.

4. Meet the founders/team

You will meet future colleagues and can get insights into our culture at TradeLink.

5. Reference checks

Well done, you left a stunning impression. We just want to confirm our positive view by talking to 2 past managers or peers.

6. Offer

You convinced us! You are a bar raiser! Sit back while we make you an offer to join our journey.
