We believe in autonomy, TDD, BDD and continuous deployments. We build real-time applications with React and Actioncable and have an average of 8 years experience with Ruby on Rails. We are a distributed team sitting in 5 different countries and 15 different locations stretching 4 time zones. Our daily checkins are online as are our groomigns, sprint plannings, reviews and retros. We release weekly, do mutual merge requests and have 400+ integration and 80+ browser test running for all our feature branches and review apps.

The teams are focused around Warehouse Processes, Collaboration and Communication and OnRoad Application. We are open to new technologies and ideas and try to learn and iterate quickly.
