Product Success Manager Working Student



TradeLink is a young Seed-funded B2B SaaS Venture that tackles the core problem of one of the largest industries in the world. We are building an exciting B2B collaboration platform in logistics. Our mission is backed by the leading European VCs Point Nine and Fly Ventures. We are a hybrid-remote company with 50% of our team being distributed across Europe and 50% in Munich.

The Role

As Product Success Manager you will support our customers in their challenge to simplify and optimise delivery coordination processes. Our customers and our management value you as an estimated sparring partner:

  • You quickly develop a deep understanding of customer processes and industry.
  • You translate customer requirements into creative and efficient solutions on our platform.
  • You constantly develop and define new product feature ideas and represent them in our product decision rounds with CTO and CEO.
  • You support strategic product marketing with your analyses of the most exciting market opportunities based on competition, customer requirements and feasibility.

What you need to succeed

  • First experience: You have initial experience in the areas of product development, sales or IT consulting - ideally combined with a good understanding of the logistics industry and ordering processes.
  • Communication: You have an absolute talent for communication and highly empathetic, obliging and can easily take an interest in new dialogue partners and their problems (You speak English and very good German).
  • Organisation & priorisation: You have a very high level of perceptiveness, which helps you to recognise processes and patterns quickly and to develop creative solutions directly in discussions with partners and management.
  • Proactivity & Motivation: You are characterised by a very high degree of proactivity, an irrepressible hunger to learn and the constant will to develop yourself further. Nothing throws you off track so quickly. Furthermore, you are extremely curious and careful.
  • Character: You love to be challenged and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Like us, you are a (wo)man of conviction and you feel like you will thrive in our culture.
